Emergency

Call an emergency plumber. Right now.

Burst pipes, sewage backups, flooding, no water, gas smells near a hot water tank — we answer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Before we arrive

  1. 1. Shut the water off. Locate the main shut-off (usually in the basement near the front wall) and turn it clockwise until it stops.
  2. 2. If it's a hot water tank leak, shut off the water inlet and — for gas tanks — turn the gas valve to OFF.
  3. 3. If it's a sewage backup, stop running any water in the house (no taps, no toilets, no laundry).
  4. 4. Call us. Describe what you see. We'll gauge urgency and route the nearest truck.
